Miko Fernando aka Mikomiks is a digital artist that hails from the streets of Batangas City, Philippines. He’s all about bringing stories to life through his illustrations and sequential art. Also armed with skills in graphic design, animation, and video editing, he’s a jack-of-all-trades in the creative world.Whether collaborating with local folks or working on international projects, Mikomiks infuses his art with the inspiration from graffiti, old school art, and Hip-Hop. When he’s free, he goes around town selling komiks, stickers, and other merch alongside with his pals from Komiks Sundays.

Academic Background
Miko Fernando is a consistent Dean’s Lister who took up AB Multimedia Arts at De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde (2017-2021). In his first year, he joined The Benildean Press Corps., the official student magazine of the college. Later on, He joined Media Max, an organization active on providing seminars catering to multimedia students. Adding to that, he also teamed up with his other like-minded school mates to form a new org called DrawINK, a platform for students who help each other solidify their concepts and art to publish their comics. He handled the org as the Vice President of Externals.
